What are the next steps for securing The Arcade for my wedding?
A 25% deposit and signed contract are required to secure and book your wedding date.
Does it get very hot/cold in The Arcade Atrium?
In late 2024 we upgraded and installed two new HVAC systems that allow us to regulate the temperature in the atrium to a comfortable level.
Can I hold a date without submitting a deposit?
Yes. We are able to hold your preferred date for up to one week without a deposit. However, if another couple becomes interested in your preferred date, we will reach out to you in to make a final decision on the date.
We are expecting a lot of guests from out-of-town, is a room block included in the wedding package?
We offer a complimentary wedding room block at a discounted rate for your wedding guests. The size of the block is based on the expected guest count and availability on the wedding date.
Is a day-of-venue coordinator included? Or should I hire a planner?
Our Event Planning Manager and Event Coordinator will be present the day of your wedding to assist with decor and coordinate with any outside vendors. They are typically present throughout all of setup and depart after dinner service is complete.
Is staffing included?
We provide 1 bartender per 100 guests, 1 server per 20 guests and event security staff. Any additional staff may be added at an extra charge.
Will The Arcade look the same on my wedding day as it did when I toured?
The Arcade storefronts that may have not been occupied at the time of the tour may become occupied by the time your wedding date arrives. Some of the businesses that occupy our storefronts have decor that may be visible during the event.
Is the 25% service charge gratuity? What does this charge cover?
The 25% service charge is not gratuity. These funds are allocated to the overhead costs and upkeep of our beautiful, historic venue. Couples often opt to provide cash gratuity on the day of their wedding to our staff.
Will pricing be the same on my wedding day compared to what is listed in the brochure and on the contract?
Due to the potential of economic changes, we will fully confirm pricing 6 months prior to the wedding day- pricing can increase by up to 4-7%.
It seems we are a little below the required food and beverage minimum, what options do you offer to assist us in meeting this requirement?
We have a variety of options. For example, couples can opt to upgrade items at their bars, add a display or additional hors d'oeuvres to cocktail hour or add a late-night snack during the reception. Please contact the Event Planning Manager for additional options.
What are some added expenses that are not provided by Hyatt Regency Cleveland?
Some of the services that would require an outside vendor are florals, photography, videography, DJ or entertainment services, and shuttle services. To view a list of vendors we have worked closely with and highly recommend, click on the 'Hotel Experts & Vendors' tab.

A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
